These terms and conditions apply to the use of any of the websites owned and operated by Skin Affair. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or have access to this website.
"Skin Affair" belongs to Beautywave (Pty) Ltd whose registered office is at Suite 304 The Regent, 19 Regent Street , Seapoint , South Africa. Company Registration 2010/000594/07.
"website" refers to any of the websites owned and operated by Skin Affair, including but not restricted to www.skinaffair.co.za
"net order value" is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by Skin Affair. The net order value is used to calculate delivery charges.
The copyright to the contents of this website belongs to Skin Affair. Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial use. The aforementioned contents may not be used for commercial or business purposes without the prior written consent from Skin Affair.
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Skin Affair.
Skin Affair guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Skin Affair product prices are subject to change without notice, being accepted that the price applicable to any order is the price indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order.
All discount codes are strictly one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined with other coded offers or sale/reduced items. Skin Affair reserve the right to cancel any special offer without notice.
Gift vouchers are excluded from all discount codes and promotion.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by Payfast or by EFT transfer into Beautywave’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request- email@example.com
In the event of payment being declined by Payfast, Skin Affair shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery.
Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery of goods must be received by Skin Affair within 14 days of placing your order. In the event that no such claim is received within the specified time period, the sale will be considered final and the goods deemed to be received in good working condition and as ordered.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - OVERSEAS
Charges to other countries will vary depending on locations.
Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over R 2500.00 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of South Africa.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside South Africa are responsible for any local taxes and import levies that are due on the goods.

Skin Affair trust that you are satisfied with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the query, including a photograph and the batch code of the product.
